The report stated that debugging for the Pectra upgrade's Devnet 2 is currently underway, with the release date for Devnet 3 still pending. Additionally, developers will be holding weekly meetings to better coordinate the Devnet releases for Pectra, starting from next Monday. The decision to incorporate EIP-7688 into the Pectra upgrade has once again been delayed.
