Heartcore Capital, a venture capital company, is reported by Golden Finance to be investing in application layer protocols in the cryptocurrency field. The company has raised 15 million euros (16.3 million US dollars) for its first Web3 fund, which will be distributed to founders based on crypto infrastructure. Heartcore believes that the infrastructure is ready for wider adoption. Established in 2007, Heartcore has invested in over 100 Web2 companies. In recent years, the company has ventured into the Web3 space, providing support to teams from companies such as Panoptic, Elusiv, Li.Fi, Superform, Rhinestone, and MakerDAO.
